2 types of honey:
Jordan Lake Honey: Raw, wildflower honey that highlights the floral diversity of the Apex, North Carolina area. It includes tulip poplar, blackberries, mimosa, locust, and privet.
Mountain honey: In June and July, we take our bees on an adventure to a remote mountain site in the Appalachian mountains outside of Asheville to catch a second flow. It is lighter in color and has a lovely subtle citrus flavor.
