Overview

A leading law firm is seeking a Foundation & Marketing Technology Specialist to support the technology, data, and systems that underpin its marketing and business development operations. This position will work with marketing professionals and internal stakeholders to maintain reliable information, support reporting needs, improve workflows, and enhance the use of marketing technology across the organization.
The role combines data management, systems support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update marketing databases, experience records, and related information to support business development and marketing initiatives.

Help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across marketing and experience management systems.

Support the administration and day-to-day use of marketing technology platforms, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal users as needed.

Generate reports and organize data to support marketing activities, business development planning, and management reporting.

Assist with maintaining attorney experience information, credentials, matter records, and other marketing resources.

Qualifications

Experience supporting marketing technology, database administration, experience management, CRM, knowledge management, or related business systems preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

Ability to manage information accurately, maintain confidentiality, and follow established data management procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.

Ability to troubleshoot routine system issues, learn new platforms quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Pursuits & Proposals Specialist to support its marketing, business development, and client growth efforts. This position will work closely with attorneys, practice leaders, and marketing professionals to develop compelling proposals, pitches, and strategic pursuit materials that communicate the firm's experience, capabilities, and value to prospective clients.
Reporting within the firm's marketing team, this role combines proposal strategy, persuasive writing, project management, stakeholder coordination, and presentation development. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead assigned proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, pitches, and other strategic pursuits from initial assessment through submission and follow-up.

Analyze solicitation requirements, develop compliance matrices and project schedules, coordinate deliverables, and proactively communicate deadlines and potential risks.

Partner with attorneys, practice leaders, and internal stakeholders to develop pursuit strategies, identify key differentiators, and align messaging with client needs.

Draft, edit, and refine persuasive, client-focused content that communicates complex legal, technical, and business information clearly and effectively.

Coordinate proposal development, review cycles, production, quality control, formatting, and final submission.

Develop and maintain proposal content, attorney biographies, experience records, credentials, and templates.

Prepare attorneys and other senior professionals for competitive interviews and presentations, including presentation development, messaging, rehearsal coordination, and feedback.

Support business development research, opportunity assessment, advance positioning, and other strategic marketing initiatives.

Track pursuit activity, deadlines, and outcomes using project management tools; support reporting and win/loss analysis.

Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, templates, workflows, and collaboration across the marketing team.

Provide responsive, high-quality service to attorneys and internal stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

At least four years of experience writing and managing proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, pitches, or similar business development materials desired.

Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.

Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage concurrent projects and competing deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Experience with proposal development, experience management, and project management platforms preferred.

Experience preparing attorneys or senior professionals for interviews and presentations is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and a commitment to excellent internal client service.

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience.

This position will work closely with practice group leaders, attorneys, and marketing professionals to increase visibility, strengthen client development initiatives, and execute strategic marketing priorities.

Reporting to a Marketing Manager, this role combines strategic partnership, project management, content development, events, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic thought partner and project manager to practice group and subgroup leaders, helping establish goals, implement initiatives, and track progress against key priorities.

Plan and manage events, seminars, conferences, and webinars, including audience targeting, vendor coordination, post-event evaluations, and ROI analysis.

Coordinate occasional travel associated with events and other marketing initiatives.
