About the Opportunity

A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Manager to provide senior technology leadership across its enterprise applications environment. The position oversees teams responsible for enterprise applications, desktop engineering, and applications development and plays a central role in technology strategy, implementation, integration, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute enterprise application strategy and technology roadmaps.

• Lead teams responsible for enterprise applications, desktop engineering, and application development.

• Oversee implementation, integration, enhancement, and support of core business systems.

• Manage application portfolios supporting legal, financial, document-management, workflow, and other business functions.

• Translate business requirements into technology strategies and solutions.

• Lead major application implementations and upgrades.

• Manage technology integrations and data flows between systems.

• Establish application standards, governance, and support processes.

• Manage relationships with software vendors and technology partners.

• Evaluate technology solutions and recommend appropriate investments.

• Manage budgets, resources, priorities, and project timelines.

• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Develop and mentor technology teams.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible enterprise-application experience.

• Prior people-management and team-leadership experience required.

• Enterprise application strategy and implementation experience.

• Strong vendor-management and project-management capabilities.

• Experience with application integrations and enterprise systems.

• Law firm or legal-technology experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain business applications.

• Develop web-based applications and services.

• Build and maintain data integrations.

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain APIs and RESTful web services.

• Work with SQL Server databases and related data technologies.

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT professionals.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

A leading national law firm is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to support information-security, third-party risk, and compliance initiatives. The position will work across security, technology, legal, and business teams to evaluate risk and maintain the organization's security and compliance framework.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support information-security governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.

• Respond to and coordinate client security assessments.

• Conduct and document vendor and third-party risk reviews.

• Review third-party security documentation, attestations, and audit reports.

• Support vendor due-diligence activities.

• Maintain information-security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Assist with compliance assessments and audits.

• Track remediation activities and risk items.

• Maintain accurate GRC documentation and records.

• Research security and compliance requirements.

• Partner with information-security, technology, legal, and business stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement of security and compliance processes.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Business, Risk Management, or related field preferred.

• Two or more years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, vendor risk management, audit support, or a related discipline.

• Experience reviewing security questionnaires and third-party assessments preferred.

• Familiarity with information-security frameworks and controls preferred.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• CompTIA Security+

• CISSP

• CRISC

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
