Fiscal Sponsorship

Fiscal Sponsorship
Safe Spaces Incorporated provides 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsorship services for mission-aligned projects, programs, and emerging organizations that want to operate under a nonprofit structure without forming their own tax-exempt entity.
Our fiscal sponsorship model allows you to focus on delivering impact while we handle the backend compliance and administrative requirements that keep your work fundable, credible, and legally protected.
As your fiscal sponsor, Safe Spaces Inc will provide:

Tax-exempt status access — allowing you to receive grants and tax-deductible donations
-
Donation processing & receipting (online and offline)
-
Grant application support (eligibility checks, documentation, and submission under our EIN)
-
Financial oversight & bookkeeping for your sponsored funds
-
Quarterly budget and expenditure reporting
-
Compliance management (IRS rules, charitable solicitation laws, and grant requirements)
-
Contract & vendor payment processing
-
Optional consulting add-ons: program development, DEI strategy, trauma-informed space consultation, and organizational capacity building
