Support Black Women
Building Access. Expanding Opportunity.

Over the past year, Black women have been disproportionately impacted by layoffs—often facing longer job searches, fewer responses, and limited access to the networks where opportunities are shared.

This is not a pipeline problem. It’s an access problem.

To help address this, Including Inclusion building a community-powered network of access and visibility—connecting talented Black women with professionals who are willing to open doors, share insight, and expand reach.

What This Is (and What It Isn’t)

This initiative is designed to create meaningful points of connection—not transactional referrals.

Those who participate are:

  • Willing to serve as a point of contact for job seekers

  • Open to informational conversations, guidance, or light-touch connection

  • Interested in helping expand access to opportunities

This is not:

  • An employment placement or search service (we have a separate channel for employment search support)

  • A guarantee of interviews or offers

  • A formal referral commitment

It is a way to make access more human, more visible, and more available.

Get Involved

If You’re Willing to Be a Point of Contact

If you’re open to being a resource—someone a job seeker can reach out to for insight, perspective, or connection—I’d love to include you in this network.
