A leading professional-services organization is seeking a Meeting Services Coordinator to provide high-quality conference, meeting, and hospitality support for a busy professional office.

Key Responsibilities
​

Set up and break down conference rooms, meeting spaces, pantries, and lunchrooms.

Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings and events.

Order and maintain meeting and hospitality supplies.

Monitor the presentation, organization, and cleanliness of meeting areas.

Coordinate meeting logistics with internal teams and service providers.

Respond promptly to meeting and hospitality requests.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, attorneys, and employees.

Assist with special events and office functions.

Perform additional facilities and office-services duties as needed.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior office, hospitality, meeting-services, facilities, or similar experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.

Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, employees, vendors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reception and front-desk responsibilities.

Coordinate conference rooms and meeting spaces.

Provide meeting and event support.

Assist with general administrative tasks.

Support new-business intake and related administrative processes.

Prepare and organize documents.

Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.

Qualifications

Two or more years of related professional experience.

Legal administrative experience strongly preferred.

Typing speed of approximately 55 WPM.
